Position: Proposal Engineer - Battery

Responsibilities:
1. To make technical proposal according to customers' RFQ/Specification within required time schedule; the technical proposal includes layout, station concept, sequence description, cycle time analysis, material configuration etc.;
2. To make the simulation work for robot line in accessibility and cycle time;
3. To make accurate detail cost calculation as the base for the quotation to customers;
4. To clarify with customers for their technical requirement, and also to explain to customer our technical proposal;
5. To hand over technical proposal and cost calculation to project execution team;
6. To support Sales team for customer visit to know customer needs;
7. To support Project Managers to evaluate Change Order Request during project execution, and to calculate the cost;
8. To develop and continuously improve the template of technical proposal file and cost calculation tool.

Requirements:
1. Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering;
2. An electromechanical background is a plus;
3. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
4. Able to understand customers' needs and deliver suitable solutions to fit the needs;
5. Strong cost and time sense;
6. Fluent in both oral and written English;
7. Result oriented.
