Major Responsibilities
1，assist the operation team to plan and design the activities.
2, Cooperating the needs of product and team , making program planning and promotion, and enhancing platform active and user stickiness.
3, analysis of competing products related functions, analysis of the differences between products, and continue to focus on static and dynamic situation.
4. Other related work assigned by operation manager.
Job requirements:
1, working 3 days a week and above, Internet, marketing and other related professional priority;
2, open minded, good at thinking and innovation, can put forward different ideas and suggestions for business objectives;
3, positive attitude, strong execution, good communication, good team spirit;
4, strong internet learning ability, compression ability, logical thinking and analytical ability;
5, with entrepreneurial spirit, positive and optimistic, willing to accept the challenge;
6, excellent opportunity to retain internship.

岗位职责：
1、协助平台运营团队进行活动的企划及内容设计。
2、 配合产品和团队需要，进行方案策划和推广，提升平台活跃及用户粘性。
3、 对竞品相关功能进行分析，分析产品间的差异，并持续关注静动态。
4、 运营经理安排的其他相关工作。
任职要求：
1、 每周工作3天及以上，互联网、营销等相关专业优先；
2、 思维开阔，善于思考和创新，能针对业务目标提出不同的想法和建议；
3、 工作态度积极主动，执行力强，善于沟通，良好的团队合作精神；
4、 很强的互联网学习能力、抗压能力，逻辑思维和分析能力较强；
5、 具有创业精神，积极乐观，乐于接受挑战；

6、 实习优秀者有留用机会。
