Phoenix is a value-oriented real estate investor and operator, working with global institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, public and corporate pension funds, foundations, university endowments, insurance companies, and important family offices. We are active in the opportunistic equity, core/core-plus equity, and debt business. Job Title:
Real Estate Private Equity – 2022 Summer Analyst

Business Unit:
Investment Department, Shanghai Office

Responsibilities
Summer Analyst will work on a wide range of analysis regarding acquisition, market research, and tech disruptions:
        Conduct in-depth research into disrupters in the industry
        Perform market research into prospective real estate markets in Greater China
        Support the investment team in evaluating and executing real estate investments in Greater China
        Support the investment team on financial analysis of prospective investment opportunities in different real estate sectors, including logistics, IDC, residential, etc.

Requirements:
To be considered for the 2022 Summer Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
        Based in Shanghai during the internship
        Currently enrolled as a bachelor or master’s student
        Anticipated graduation date: 2022, 2023, or 2024
        CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade
        CV must be in PDF format
