岗位职责：
Major Tasks:
1.Support BISS Site Communication team on an effective employee communication by leveraging all site internal communications channels
-Support handling all administrational workload for Site Communication team
-Maintain the database for BISS  on Communication’s P drive
-Support BISS Communication to implement site relevant events, such as groundbreakings, inaugurations, press conferences, open days, safety day, etc. ,work independently on small projects, like employee roundtable.
-Take photo for internal events
2.Support on the BISS Community relations by leveraging related Bayer campaign
-Support implementation for community relations activities, e.g. material preparation, printing, onsite support, photo shooting, etc.
3.Support on the External Communication, ensuring the effective Bayer image
-Support on receiving external visitors together with Site Communication, including showroom introduction to community visitors.

要求:
1.Minimal qualifications for effective performance in this job include minimum a university degree (minimum BA or equivalent) in the field of communications, journalism writing or English in major).
2.Basic English communication skills.
3.Willing to work at site.
4.Ability to work under pressure in a reasonable work load.
5.Quick learner
6.Willing to work in a team
工作地点：金山区拜耳一体化基地
全市提供50多条班车路线，上下班接送，中午提供午餐，老板人超级nice，带老外参观工厂，超级锻炼口语有木有！！！
