UIUC University Village Summer Special
Summer special：Move in before August 1st this year, only $99 rental fee for every month before August 1st. Applied to all units style. Then from August the rental fee turns back to normal rate.
Description/Amenities:
WE Discount: 18% discount in 2012/13 leasing year. A limited number of leases with discount for 2bed, 3bed, and 4 bed units. WE rate is at least 3% lower than other special or group rate.

The rate will change without notice.Please contact the apartment to get the latest rate!

Apartment is offering 2 options on leasing(expired on May 31st, 2012):

Option 1: leasing on current WE 18% discount rate

Option 2: leasing on current WE 18% discount plus extra $5 per month, you can get $250 gift card

最新活动（有效期至2012年5月31号）：现在公寓提供以下两种签约方式

选择1：按WE现在的18%的折扣价格签约

选择2：按WE现在的18%的折扣价格后，每月多加额外的$5签约，可获得公寓赠送的$250 gift card

暑期特惠：从现在起，今年8月1号之前签约的话，并且签约至明年7月底，今年8月1号之前每人每月的房租只要$99!!!适用于任何户型（8月以后的房租恢复到正常的房租价格）。越早入住就能越早享受限时的超低价房租。
